No, Mediso is not a pharmacy. Mediso operates as a technology platform that connects users with licensed and verified pharmacy partners for medicine fulfillment and delivery. All medicines are dispensed directly by these pharmacy partners in accordance with applicable regulations.

Partnering with local pharmacies allows Mediso to provide faster delivery through nearby stock availability, more personalized customer support, and support for trusted local healthcare businesses.

Can I choose specific pharmacy?

No, the system automatically selects the nearest available verified pharmacy for your order. This helps ensure faster delivery and confirms medicine availability, so your order can be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

How do I place an order?

Click “Order Medicines”, sign in with your mobile number, and upload your prescription or medicine details along with your delivery address. Once verified, our partner pharmacy prepares the order and it is dispatched for delivery, which you can track in real time.

What prescriptions are accepted?

Mediso accepts valid prescriptions issued by registered Indian doctors, typically not older than 15 days. Our AI-powered OCR system extracts prescription details and validates them, and for an additional layer of safety, the partner pharmacy also performs human verification before the order is processed.

Can I order without prescription?

Yes. You can order OTC medicines and wellness products such as vitamins, sanitizers, masks, and other healthcare essentials without a prescription. However, prescription medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription for processing.

What payment methods?

Mediso accepts online payments through UPI and other digital payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available, but only in selected pin codes and areas.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery usually takes 30–60 minutes, depending on medicine availability and your location. Once the partner pharmacy confirms stock, we’ll confirm the exact delivery time and dispatch your order immediately. You can track your order in real time through the app or website.

Where do you deliver?

Mediso currently delivers medicines in Ahmedabad. Click “Order Medicines”, enter your delivery address or pincode, and we will confirm delivery availability for your location.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, the system automatically generates a tracking ID. You can use this to track your order in real time or contact support via live chat for updates.

Are medicines genuine?

Yes. All medicines are sourced and dispensed through licensed and verified pharmacy partners, ensuring that the medicines provided are authentic and handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

What if wrong medicine is delivered?

Can I return unused medicines?

Do you deliver Schedule X drugs?

No. Mediso does not deliver Schedule X medicines. These drugs are highly regulated and include certain narcotic or psychotropic substances, which can only be dispensed under strict pharmacy controls and prescriptions according to Indian drug regulations.

Why service charge + delivery fee?

The service charge and delivery fee help cover the operational costs of order processing, pharmacy coordination, and delivery logistics, ensuring that medicines can be sourced from verified pharmacy partners and delivered to your doorstep quickly and reliably.

Prices same as pharmacy?

Yes. The price of medicines and any discounts are determined by the pharmacy partner, not by Mediso. Medicines are billed at the MRP or pharmacy-set price, with no markups by Mediso. Mediso only charges delivery fees, platform fees, or other logistics-related charges, which are separate from the medicine price.

What if pharmacy charges more?

All pharmacy partners are expected to follow NPPA (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) regulations and comply with applicable MRP pricing rules. If you believe a medicine has been overpriced, please report it to our support team for investigation and appropriate action.

How are refunds processed?

For online payments, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7 days after verification.

Is my prescription safe?

Yes. Your prescription is securely stored and processed only for order verification purposes. We use secure systems and access controls to ensure that your prescription and personal information remain protected.

Who sees my health data?

Your health data is accessed only by the Mediso system for processing and by the verified pharmacy partner responsible for fulfilling your order.
